Job Description
Mô tả công việc
Nhập khẩu:
1. Đặt hàng ( nhận và gửi đơn đặt hàng theo yêu cầu của team sale)
2. Kiểm tra chứng từ: IV, PL, BL,S.C , CO….
3. Thực hiện thủ tục nhập khẩu.
4. Gửi các thông tin liên quan đến lô hàng cho các bộ phận liên quan.
5. Nhận hàng và theo dõi lô hàng đến khi hoàn thành
6. Kiểm tra debit, các chi phí của phòng XNK
7. Báo cáo định kỳ theo tháng và theo lô hàng.
Xuất khẩu:
1. Nhận thông tin từ cấp trên và các bộ phận liên quan.
2. Liên hệ với công ty Logistic book tàu...
3. Thực hiện CO, IV, PL, BL,S.C.....
4. Theo dõi lô hàng đến khi hoàn tất.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng:
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty thương mai
Có kinh nghiệm làm công bố sản phẩm mỹ phẩm, thực phẩm
Trình độ tiếng Anh Trung cấp
Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng word,excel…
Phúc lợi:
