- 月次・四半期・年次決算の管理（US GAAP・日本基準）
- 2名のスタッフのマネジメントと育成
- BlacklineでのBS照合、内部統制（SOX対応）
- 監査対応、税務書類の準備と外部専門家との連携
- 経営判断を支援する財務分析の提供
- 会計プロセスの継続的改善
