- クライアント要件のヒアリングおよび整理
- 技術的な調査・分析・問い合わせ対応などのサポート業務
- 説明会やワークショップの企画・運営
- 定例ミーティングへの参加および進捗報告
- 技術資料や説明文書の作成

- HTTP、TLS、TCP/IP などネットワークの基本的な知識
