職務内容
- Cisco製ネットワーク機器（ルーター、スイッチ、ファイアウォール、VPN、ワイヤレスAPなど）のサポート
- トラブルシューティング、環境設定、デバイス分析・評価
- 構成手順書やトラブルシューティングマニュアルの作成
- 顧客対応（文書・会話）
- 中級以上：複雑なサービス活動、リモートサポート、最適化、エスカレーション対応
- 上級：専門分野の技術リード、End-to-Endデリバリー確認、設計レビュー

- 上級：同経験5〜8年＋セキュリティ、スイッチ、ルーティング、ワイヤレスのうち2分野以上の専門知識
- 英語は必須ではありませんが、日常会話レベル以上歓迎
