会社の方針に沿って自らテーマを決めて世界のアセットを評価して、UMNを満たすアセットを見つけ出す。自身の考えだけでなく、グローバルメンバーの意見を聞いて情報を精緻化する。

・研究、開発、薬事のいずれかの経験が3年程度あり、創薬と臨床開発が同程度に理解できる
・英語力ビジネス上級
■望ましい経験・スキル■
・近い将来、臨床開発メンバーとの協業のため３年間北米駐在を想定。
■求める人物像■
・研究、開発、薬事全体を把握することについて使命感と好奇心を持っていること。
・グローバルの最新の科学に好奇心と自己研鑽意欲があること。
