品質保証部はグループ全体における製品の品質保証、製品品質保証フレームワークおよびそのプログラムの構築、実行を担務しています。
・電気デバイス製造サプライヤーの承認、監査業務
・電気デバイス製造サプライヤーにおける改善、変更管理
・新規開発品/改善品における製品製造プロセスの検証
・品質保証フレームワーク、プログラム（品質マネジメントシステム）の作成、改善、実行
・市場に流通する電気デバイスの不具合品解析・分析に基づく改善活動の管理
・各種規制に則った対応/サポート（例：製造・検査記録の承認、外部監査サポート等）

Required Skills
■必須要件
・電気製品、部品に関するサプライヤー管理/品質保証/品質管理/製造工程管理/評価分析いずれかの実務経験が計5年以上
・語学力（英語）（目安TOEIC 720点以上）
*英語による会議にて、資料の説明/質疑応答が十分対応可能なレベル（レベル把握のため英語による面接を一部実施予定）
・基本的なビジネススキル（コミュニケーション力、チームワーク力、PCスキル等）
■歓迎要件
・ISO9001や13485に関する知識及び監査スキル
・US FDAの要求事項（GMP）に関する知識
・リチウムイオン電池搭載のモバイル機器やその他AV機器の機械的/電気的知識および実務経験
・リチウムイオン電池搭載のモバイル機器やその他AV機器の製品評価、解析経験
・統計知識
・語学力（中国語）
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
