My client is a global leader in the BPO space, and we are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team. 

This role is pivotal in the consolidation of some of the global subsidiaries, specifically within Europe and Asia. 

You will also have oversight of the treasury function, including the cash pooling operations. 

This position demands a hands-on approach and the agility to deal with cross border teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the consolidated financial statements, along with the relevant reports. 

• Ensure compliance with local financial reporting standards and timely submission of financial statements.

• Manage and optimise the cash pooling structure. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline; professional certification (CA/CPA) is mandatory.

• Strong expertise in Consolidation within Europe. 

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Strong command of financial reporting standards in Singapore and the EU. 

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across departments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
