■Your Responsibilities will be:
・ Lead and execute the plant’s mid term （MTP） and annual budgeting
・ Analyze and report financial data: sales costs inventory headcount capex opex etc.
・ Manage engineering costs （external costs and product development expenses）
・ Monitor KPIs versus budget report risks/deviations and support countermeasures
・ Support finance activities for the Propulsion Business at Yokohama office （as described above）
・ Key contact for internal/external audits
・ Drive implementation of HQ policies and processes
・ Support the team on monthly closures budgeting and planning

・ 工場の中期計画（MTP）および年度予算の立案・実行を主導
・ 財務データの分析と報告：売上高、原価、在庫、人員、設備投資（Capex）、運営費（Opex）など
・ エンジニアリングコストの管理 （外部コスト及び製品開発費）
・ 予算対KPIの進捗監視、リスク／差異の報告及び対策支援
・ 横浜拠点における推進事業部門の財務活動支援（上記記載内容）
・ 内部／外部監査の窓口担当
・ 本社方針・プロセスの導入推進
・ 月次決算、予算編成、計画策定におけるチーム支援

■What Qualifications you will bring:
・ Master’s degree in Accounting Certified CPA or an accounting related background
・ Fluent Japanese business level English
・ 5+ years of financial experience in the automotive industry with total professional experience of 12・15 years
・ Experience with financial reporting/analysis in manufacturing or at makers
・ Proven track record in budgeting KPI setting and performance analysis
・ Experience in team management and talent development
・ Experience working in global/multicultural organizations

求める資格・経験：
・ 会計学修士号、公認会計士資格、または会計関連分野のバックグラウンド
・ 日本語堪能、ビジネスレベルの英語力
・ 自動車業界における5年以上の財務経験、総職歴12～15年
・ 製造業またはメーカーにおける財務報告・分析の経験
・ 予算策定、KPI設定、業績分析における実績
・ チームマネジメントおよび人材育成の経験
・ グローバル／多文化組織での勤務経験
