• Webアプリケーション開発・システム統合プロジェクトの全工程をリード

• Lead full-cycle web application development and complex system integration projects.

必須条件経験・資格：

• システムまたはWebアプリケーション開発経験10年以上
• サーバー、OS、ミドルウェア、フレームワーク技術の専門知識
• Oracle、PostgreSQL、またはMongoDBのデータベース運用経験
• API設計・テスト自動化ツールの知識および実装経験
• ITプロジェクトのリーダーシップ経験
• ベンダーマネジメント

• AWS、Azure、GCPなどのクラウドサービス経験

• 金融・保険業界におけるシステム開発または運用経験

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in system or web application development.

• Strong proficiency in servers, OS, middleware, and frameworks.
• In-depth experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of API design, testing automation tools, and enterprise-level integration.

• Proven track record of leading IT projects and managing vendors effectively.

• Japanese: Native level (required for communication with local stakeholders).

• English: Fluent (required for collaboration with global teams).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with IT security, authentication systems, and DevOps/Agile methodologies.
• Background in system development for financial or insurance institutions.
