COMPANY OVERVIEW
A leading innovator in advanced materials is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support the development and testing of carbon fiber composites. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in laboratory environments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform mechanical, thermal, and chemical testing on carbon fiber samples.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as tensile testers, calorimeters, and microscopes.
Accurately document and analyze test results, sharing insights with engineering and production teams.
Support the development of new resin systems and carbon fiber configurations.
Work closely with engineers to resolve production challenges and enhance product specifications.
Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting, preferably involving composite materials.
Skilled in using laboratory equipment and applying testing methodologies.
Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail.
Effective communicator and team player.
