Job Responsibilities（業務内容）
- 就労ビザ関連のサポート業務および社内外向けのワークショップの企画・実施。
- クライアント向けの個人所得税申告およびタックスクリアランス業務の管理。
- 採用支援、コンプライアンス対応、社内規程・ハンドブック作成など、HROサービスの企画・拡充。
- チームメンバーの指導・育成、目標設定、マネジメント会議への参加。
- 日本語対応クライアントの窓口として、翻訳・通訳を含むバイリンガルサポートと関係構築を担当。
- ７年以上のHR関連経験をお持ちの方
- ２年以上のマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（社内・社外とのコミュニケーションをとる必要があるため）
ビジネスレベル以上の日本語（社内・社外とのコミュニケーションをとる必要があるため）
給与：S$6,000-8,000/month程度（ご経験に応じて変動します）
勤務時間 9:30 - 18:00
