バイオ医薬品（ADC医薬品含む）の導入に向けたCMO/CDMOやCROへの分析法技術移転や委託先の管理を行う．
【具体的な職務内容】
・原薬／製剤の規格及び試験方法の設定（分析法開発及び分析法バリデーション）
・CMO/CDMOやCROへの分析法技術移転並びコミュニケーション
・治験や商用に向けた各種申請資料（IND/IMPD・BLA用CTD）への作成補助や照会対応
・他部門や他社とのコミュニケーション

Required Skills

・バイオ医薬品（原薬または製剤）の分析実務経験 3年以上

・ ADCの開発（工程分析や開発試験）に携わっている方
・ 海外グループ会社や他社と英語でのコミュニケーションで業務を推進出来る方
・ チームリード，マネジメント経験
