主要な医療関係者との科学的交流をリードし、エビデンス創出および患者ケアの最適化に貢献する。社内外の関係部署と連携し、戦略的なメディカルアフェアーズプランの実行を支援する。

職務内容
- 主要医療関係者との科学的関係を構築・維持し、戦略的な交流計画を立案・実行する。
- インベスティゲーター・イニシエイテッド・スタディ（IIS）を調整し、プロセスに関する専門知識を提供する。
- 社内チームへ科学的知見や現場からのフィードバックを提供し、製品の最大化を図る。
- チームメンバーの育成を支援し、他のメディカルアフェアーズメンバーと協働する。

Required Skills
- 理学または薬学の学士号を有し、修士号または博士号を有することが望ましい。
- 製薬業界における臨床開発、安全性評価、研究のいずれかで3年以上の経験を有すること。
- CROのCRA経験者（修士号または博士号を有する理系出身者）、および免疫学を専攻した修士号または博士号取得のアカデミックリサーチャーも歓迎。
- 優れた対人関係能力を有し、外部関係者との信頼関係を構築できること。
- 判断力に優れ、成果志向であること。
