本ポジションは、外資系生命保険会社の会計部門において、会計・財務統制業務を担うマネージャー職です。IFRSに基づく決算業務、総勘定元帳の管理、財務報告、監査対応、グループ基準に基づく財務統制の実行など、幅広い業務を担当していただきます。

- 会計および財務報告業務の管理と監督
- 予算計画および予測の策定と管理
- 内部統制の強化とコンプライアンス管理
- 月次、四半期および年次の財務報告書の作成
- 銀行・金融サービス部門との連携と調整
- 財務データの分析と改善提案

必須条件：
- 会計・財務業務の実務経験
- IFRSおよびJGAAPに関する知識
- 会計・税務関連資格（例：日商簿記、USCPA、CMA、CFAなど）
- SAPや会計システムの使用経験
- MS Office（特にExcel）に精通していること
- チームワークとコミュニケーション能力
- 自律的に業務を推進できる姿勢
