アジアを中心にグローバル展開する企業を対象に、組織開発と人材育成を専門とするコンサルティングファームです。特に、海外現地法人の組織変革や、グローバルで活躍できる人材の育成を支援しています。
職務内容
■タイの日系製造業、商社、物流企業向けに営業活動 (既存40%、新規60%)
■人事課題のヒアリング、ヒアリング後の資料作成とソリューション提案、プロジェクト設計・遂行。
企画立案→初回面談→企画策定→クライアント呼び込み→PJT実施→アフターフォローの順
■ナショナルスタッフのコンサルタントとのプロジェクト調整、連携。
■社長、シニアマネージャーへのレポート。
■シンガポールにいる日系顧客も対応の可能性あり。

■プロジェクトマネジメント経験者。
■キャッチアップが早い方。
■ビジネスレベルの英語力。
