Job Responsibilities
マネージャー（営業/事業開発）
インターナショナル人材紹介事業を複数国で運営、そのマネージャーとして戦略から組織運営、ローカル人材のマネジメント、施策の実行までをお願いします。
・対象事業や対象国は面接にて補足いたします。
※現在配属の可能性がある国：日本もしくはフィリピン、マレー等の東南アジア諸国
・グループとして将来的に他拠点への異動を打診させていただく可能性もあります。
Job Requirements
・組織マネジメント経験や戦略策定スキル
・予算作成、事業/組織の目標設定などの経験があり、数字で明確な予算や目標を設定することができるスキル
・セールス、マーケティングなど何かしらの領域で即戦力となるスキル
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（社内外のコミュニケーションで使用）
・海外で長期的にキャリアを構築されたい方
※若手の方でマネジメント経験などが不足している場合でも、短期で成長していけるポテンシャルがある方は採用する可能性があります
Additional Details
給与：650万～1,000万円（ご経験による）+家賃負担
※評価などはグループ基準で行います
※グループ内の別の国、別ポジションにアサインを打診する可能性もございます
