業界・市場動向の調査分析、戦略的提携の検討
ビジネスパートナーとのネットワーク構築・維持
顧客ニーズの把握と対応策の立案
顧客課題に対する革新的なソリューションの提案
社内部門への技術的・戦略的支援
応募資格・スキル・経験
理工系学士号（修士号尚可）
光通信業界またはデータセンター関連分野での事業開発経験（4年以上）
経営学・マーケティング関連の履修歴があれば尚可
プレゼンテーション、提案書、技術文書の作成・発表経験
自発的に学び、問題解決に取り組む姿勢
光通信、ネットワーク機器、化合物半導体に関する基本的な知識
ハイパースケールデータセンター関連企業との業務経験
事業開発、市場調査、パートナーシップ構築の経験
複雑な市場データの分析力
優れた対人・コミュニケーション能力
戦略的思考力と革新的な提案力
リーダーシップと変革推進力
