Join a professional sales support team assisting senior leaders and client-facing staff in a highly respected international finance company. This role involves schedule management, travel coordination, administrative tasks, and client interaction.

Description

  • Manage calendars for division and department heads.
  • Arrange domestic and overseas business travel.
  • Provide daily admin support for the Tokyo office.
  • Process expenses and travel & entertainment claims.
  • Create internal materials and process sales data.
  • Support sales reps in client communication.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including with overseas offices.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, seminars, and workshops.
  • Deliver a variety of general administrative tasks.
