As a Logistics Manager, you will lead a team of 3 and cover end to end logistics. There will be new brands to launch in the coming year, so there will be a lot of project work to get involved with in addition.

• Oversee the entire logistics process, from import to delivery.
• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Coordinate and optimize the logistics process with other departments.
• Manage warehouse inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
• Identify potential operational issues and implement proactive solutions.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

A successful Logistic Manager should have:

• A degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in a logistics management role within the retail industry - nice to have
• Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
