Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making
• Analyse financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and assess the financial impact of business initiatives
• Assist in preparing financial presentations for investors and stakeholders
• Present findings to senior management, investors, and the board
• Monitor and track key financial metrics and variances against budgets and forecasts
• Provide insights and recommendations on cost optimisation and revenue enhancement strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Skilled in MS Excel and financial analysis software
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Fluent level Japanese and English
