Job Description

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Investor Relations: Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
  • Annual Travel: Travel to Europe once a year for business meetings, conferences, or financial negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance, accounting, or related roles.
  • Certifications: CPA or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Willingness to Travel: Commitment to the annual trip to Europe.
