■Job Descriptions:

Under the theme of 'Sustaining Culture for the Future,' we preserve, revitalize, and monetize cultural properties and historical buildings by transforming them into luxury boutique hotels, restaurants, and PARTY/MICE facilities.

As a Sales Representative in our Inbound Travel Business, you will not only be involved in promoting our direct-managed facilities but also in proposing and planning high-value travel, party, event, and hotel experiences utilizing unique venues throughout Japan. This includes historical buildings, shrines, temples, castles, scenic spots, historical sites, museums, and art galleries.

Your responsibilities will include reaching out to inbound travel operators located  in Japan, approaching international travel companies abroad, participating in domestic and international travel trade shows, and expanding both existing and new business relationships.

Additionally, when international VIP clients use our facilities and services, you will be involved in entertaining them and delivering presentations or telling stories.

■Career Development:

Career interviews with superiors are conducted every three months to collaboratively build a member's career. There is a culture of working together to create careers. There are examples of career advancement for foreign employees, such as a Chinese employee who, after joining as a new graduate, was assigned to the marketing department, experienced sales, went on a two-year secondment to a government agency related to overseas inbound, and upon returning, became the head of the department.
