White Rabbit Expressを利用することで、世界中の何万人もの人々や企業が容易に、日本から商品を購入することができます。 Blackshipを利用すると、企業や個人が日本から迅速に、安全に荷物を転送することができます。




Key Responsibilities

  1. Fulfillment Support
    • Resolve package receiving problems.
    • Facilitate effective communication between the Fulfillment and Backoffice Teams.
    • Supervise special repacking operations and associated fees.
  2. Customer Interaction & Support
    • Be the go-to liaison for fulfillment-related customer concerns.
    • Manage Cash on Delivery packages and let our buyers know about the costs.
    • Sort out payment issues, coordinating re-delivery when needed.
  3. Payments & Orders Management
    • Manage payments, like those at convenience stores or post offices.
  4. Disposal & Migration Management
    • Supervise package migration (Blackship to Japan Rabbit) and keep accurate records.
    • Handle product disposals and keep records updated.
  5. Ad-Hoc Tasks & Coordination
    • Assist team members with various operational challenges as needed.
    • Occasionally, switch a weekend workday with a weekday.
  6. Continuous Professional Development
    • Improve your customer service, language, and other essential job skills.


General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 1 year
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Business Level (Amount Used: English usage about 75%)
Minimum Japanese Level Fluent
Minimum Education Level High-School or Below
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong command of both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, troubleshoot problems, and be resourceful.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with various software tools, such as Airtable, Slack, spreadsheets, Notion, and help desk applications.
  • A proactive approach, adaptability, and a relentless drive for professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or related fields.
  • A background in customer service.
  • Experience in early- to growth-stage startups.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce


Location: 神奈川県横浜市中区新山下1-15-11 コクサイエアロマリン新山下倉庫2階

Work time: 10:00~19:00 残業は月平均10時間前後

Salary: 想定年収: 350万~450万 経験により、相談の上、年収を決定します。

Holiday: 年間休日120日
