Job Description
中国レストラン「蘇州」のマネージャーとしての業務をしていただきます。
広東料理をはじめ各地方料理のエッセンスを取り入れつつ、地元・神戸の食材もふんだんに使った本格的な中国料理が自慢です。
・レストランオペレーションの管理
・自店舗における季節ごと、および繁忙期のプロモーションの起案、メニュー作成
・スタッフの管理、トレーニング
・助言やお客様のコメントをシェフや上長に伝え、お客様の志向を反映させる
・コスト管理
・顧客のデータ管理
・発注、在庫管理
・スタッフのトレーニング
・自店舗の売上予算の作成及び、3か月毎の予測の管理
