世界をリードするラグジュアリーファッションのオンラインリテーラーYOOX Net-A-Porter GroupはYOOX www.yoox.com 及び THE OUTNET www.theoutnet.com/ja-jp を担当する コンテンツ エディトリアル アシスタントを募集しています。日本におけるYOOXやTHE OUTNETの翻訳やコピーライティングのサポート、顧客向けマーケティング活動のアシスタント業務、サイト トレーディングチームのレポーティングや日常業務のアシスタントです。グローバル本社（ミラノ及びロンドン）のエディトリアルチームやサイト トレーディングチーム、他部署とも密接に連携を取りながら、日本やAPACのビジネスにあった施策をハンズオンで推進するチームのアシスタントポジションとなります。

業務内容：

• 英語の原文から日本語への翻訳（サイト上の文章、コピーからマーケティングコピー、PRコピーまで）
• コピーの整合性のチェック、各文字数に収めた上で魅力的なコピーへの変更、アップロードしたサイトのチェックなど
• 本社や日本支社の翻訳チームとの密な連携と、締め切りに向けたタイムラインの調整と厳守
• 日本やAPACマーケットにおけるコピーのトーン＆マナーの理解、トレンドワードの理解と、それに基づいたコピー翻訳および作成
• YOOXやTHE OUTNET サイト トレーディングチームのオペレーション業務のサポート（データ抽出、フォーマットへのインプット、オンラインツール上での作業など）

YOOX NET-A-PORTER Japan is now seeking a skilled and talented Temporary Content Editorial Assistant to support our regional store management operation, for both YOOX www.yoox.com and THE OUTNET Japan www.theoutnet.com/ja-jp. You will play a critical role to provide general support to the JP Site Trading team. This position will report mainly to YOOX & THE OUTNET Site Trading Manager in Tokyo and will work closely with Site Trading Team in Tokyo, Milan and London.

Main Responsibilities:

• The Creative Editorial Assistant will be required to translate and/or sub copy (English to Japanese) across all aspects of THE OUTNET and YOOX, from apps to press and marketing initiatives and printed projects.
• Translate marketing and editorial copy from English into Japanese in a way that remains faithful to the original content, recreating THE OUTNET’s and YOOX’s authoritative voice.
• Optimizing features: checking accuracy, cutting copy to fit, proofing copy, checking all pages and links for the website, iPad and iPhone apps
• Adapting heads and sells to suit Japanese readership and sense-checking copy throughout
• Optimizing marketing and editorial copy, email and general site copy
• Optimizing special projects as required e.g. video, printed projects
• Working with the rest of the translations team to ensure all deadlines are met
• Gain an insight into the Japanese fashion market and the typical consumer to continuously improve the Japanese content
• Support data extraction, formatting reporting and miscellaneous operation related to the site operation

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力（読み・書き・会話）とビジネスレベルの英語力（読み・書き）
• 翻訳やコピーライティングの経験と能力
• 流動的な組織やワークフローでも対応できる柔軟性
• 様々な業務に当る人とのスムーズなコミュニケーション
• Microsoft ExcelやPowerPointを問題なく使用できるスキル
• 前向きに新しい物事やイレギュラーな物事にも取り組むことができるマインドセット

• ファッション業界における翻訳やコピーライティングの経験
• Adobe InDesign や Photoshopの理解や使用経験
• E-commerce関連会社やリテール会社のE-commerce関連部署でのアシスタント経験
• デジタルマーケティングのチャネルに関する知識（サーチ、リターゲティング、ディスプレイ、アフィリエイト、ソーシャルネットワーク）
• 画像編集ソフトの使用スキル
• 会話レベルの韓国語力（読み・書き）

Requirements :

• Japanese mother tongue and excellent command of the English language; you will need to be able to write and speak English fluently  
• Experience copywriting or translating
• Able to manage a changing workload effectively to meet daily deadlines
• A good communicator who can work well in a busy team
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint basic skills
• A can-do attitude and willingness to manage multiple projects
• A hard-working and motivated self-starter, striving to improve your skills to add value to the team

Preferred qualification:

• Experience copywriting or translating within the fashion or a related industry
• Good understanding of InDesign and working knowledge of Photoshop
• PC and Mac literate
• An understanding of the Japanese-speaking fashion industry and the luxury market
• Experience of using web management tool
• Assistant experience in Ecommerce retail company
• Knowledge around digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Retargeting, Display, Affiliate and Social)
• Image editing skill (Photoshop and etc)
• Conversational Level Korean (Reading and Writing)
