Job Description

YOUR TASKS

  • Handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and overseas agent correspondence
  • Follow up bookings from customers and coordinate with operations team, airlines and overseas agents for shipment arrangement
  • Communicate with customers for shipment, billing and payment follow-up
  • Input data in operating system timely and accurately
  • Prepare month end file closing
  • Act as a Othello super user, the primary contact for all Othello questions within the department to handle the Othello system in Air and other general modules

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 1 year
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Daily Conversation (Amount Used: English usage about 75%)
Minimum Japanese Level Fluent
Minimum Education Level Associate Degree/Diploma
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher diploma or above
  • At least 2 years of customer services experience in air freight operations
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding operating system
  • Good team player, pro-active and attention to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Good computer skills including MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word
