Primary Responsibilities and Competencies 

• Positively supporting and driving change within the Salesforce Atlas platform
• Championing the ongoing rollout and support of the Japanese userbase
• Identifying inefficiencies and new ways of working
• Attending & organising workshops and presentations
• Contribute to the ongoing creation of documentation which supports best practise by internal stakeholders on the Atlas platform
• Taking ownership of relevant tasks & stories assigned to you and collaborate with the wider team about progress and blockers
• A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing implementations into best practices
• Review Salesforce code changes and enforce Salesforce best practices and coding　frameworks.

• 英語と日本語に堪能

• 社内のステークホルダーと効果的に協働し、コミュニケーションをとり、要件をストーリーやタスクに落とし込むことができる。
• セールスフォースADM201認定証

【歓迎】

• SalesforceまたはSalesforce以外の資格の追加
  （Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Developer 1）
• 学士・大学院卒、専門職資格、または関連する経験を有すること。 

知識・スキル・能力

【必須】

• Salesforceの製品知識、Salesforceの経験5年以上 
• ソフトスキル：要件収集力、ステークホルダーへのソリューション提示力
• Jira、Bitbucket、Confluenceの知識
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびビジネス分析能力
• 協調性の高い、グローバルでアジャイルなチームでの業務経験

Qualifications and Background

Required: 

• Fluent in English & Japanese
• Able to work independently but seamlessly integrate as a part of the global team
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and translate requirements into stories or tasks
• Salesforce ADM201 cert

Desirable: 

• Additional Salesforce or non-Salesforce certificates (Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Developer 1)
• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required: 

• Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce experience 
• Soft skills: the ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders
• Knowledge of Jira, Bitbucket & Confluence
• Excellent Communication and Business Analysis skills
• Experience working in a highly collaborative, global, agile team

Desirable: 

• Experience in VScode and GIT.  
• Salesforce DX
• Pardot 
• CPQ & Revenue cloud
• Conga Composer & Batch
