Job Description




◆About Venture Business Division◆
Our medium-term vision is to "establish our position as a top provider of venture debt for domestic financial institutions" and "establish a differentiated position that plays a central role in the venture ecosystem". We are mainly engaged in the following activities.
-Provision of venture debt (loans with stock acquisition rights, etc.) to unlisted venture companies
(We may also make equity investments)
-Provision of finance to listed venture companies through loan syndication, etc.
-Planning and promotion of new financial products and services for venture companies
-Business support such as introduction of sales destinations utilizing the corporate network
-Collaboration arrangements with financial functions such as retail, leasing, and settlement
- Comprehensive financing support according to the growth cycle of venture companies through collaboration with each group company

◆Business content◆
・As a sales front RM, I will be in the position closest to the leading ventures I am in charge of, and will be responsible for mid-term management and customer growth support, centering on the execution of new financing.
・In the new execution of finance, you will be involved in the entire process from project sourcing to DD analysis, client negotiations, internal approval document creation, contract creation, negotiation, signing, and execution, so you will acquire a general knowledge of finance.
・Customers in charge are (1) unlisted ventures and (2) emerging listed ventures. (1) For unlisted ventures, we mainly provide loans with stock acquisition rights.
・Basically, we will continue to support the growth of the client we are in charge of by providing growth support and credit monitoring.
・In addition to the new clients that you have implemented yourself, you will also be responsible for some of the existing clients that have been managed by the team from the past (LP investment in VC funds (including management during the term).
・The person in charge of the applicant will basically be ① or ②, and the person in charge will be decided according to the applicant's aptitude and the situation of the department / team. After a certain period of time, the person in charge may change or be responsible for both (1) and (2).

◆How to work◆
・Remote work is also introduced, and basically it is left to the discretion of the team or individual (There may be days when you are instructed to come to work.).
(Recently, many members are mainly working remotely, but they come to the office once or twice a week as needed.)
・We will ask you to actively take the system leave set by the company.

Required Skills

・Over 3 years of business experience
・Basic knowledge of finance/accounting
・PC skills above basic level (Office software)
・Native level Japanese
・ Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and internal stakeholders
・Those who can maintain a high level of discipline as a member of a financial institution or organization

・Experience in corporate loan operations at a bank (experience in creating internal approval documents)
・Experience in supporting and managing investment/loan companies at financial institutions, venture capitals, etc.
·English skills

・Regarding business knowledge, basically, you will acquire it over a certain period of time through prescribed training and OJT. Each team has its own line system, so you will be working on it on a daily basis while consulting with your superiors and colleagues.
・In a team with a limited number of people, each person in charge will be involved in a wide range of tasks. I would like you to work proactively while consulting with your superiors and seniors.
