■職務内容
SAPの設計、実装の支援
- マニュアルの作成・更新、ユーザーへの必要なトレーニングの実施
- 業務アプリケーションのトラブルシューティングと操作上の問題解決に従事
- エンドユーザーと議論しながらビジネス要件を定義し、テクニカルチームへの的確な指示をする
- 営業部門と連携して、打ち合わせに必要な資料/提案書を作成、顧客への提案
- アプリケーション関連ビジネスの拡大に向けた戦略立案と実行を支援
