SPC Accountant

Job Description
• Coordinating the establishment of new SPCs including TMKs, GKs, ISHs, etc.
• Working closely with the client on the closing process, including the accounting treatment for all aspects of the company and asset
• Calculating the amounts to be distributed from the SPCs and managing the waterfall process throughout the structure
• Working with the client and other offices, particularly in Shanghai on all aspects of the SPC monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year end accounting
• Coordinating with the local Japanese property management companies to correctly identify and accounting for all operating and capital expenditures
• Providing support to the client for all their reporting requirements, including end investor reporting, regulatory reporting, and any other reporting
