Job Description
製造部の管理職（立ち位置的にはAdvisorに近い）として、実務も行いながら部門管理もお任せします。
経験に応じ、生産技術、生産現場（ライン）何れかの配属になります。
【具体的には】
■自動旋盤加工(CNC) に関わる実務及び管理業務（タイ人のマネージャー在籍）
■インド工場の短期応援業務（イメージとして、出張ベースで管理をしていただく予定。1回の出張でのインド滞在は2-3カ月程を予定）

■人間関係構築力のある方
30代～50歳前半位の方が活躍する職場環境です。
