Job Description
e-Retailer Business Management
・Business responsibility and manage promotion budget.
・Lead the business & negotiate with stakeholders & Global team.
・Campaign & Project Management.
・New open negotiate with participants & Global team.
Strategic Planning (for both .COM & e-Retailer)
・Set the objective and strategy for short and mid-term adapting global plan to Japan ambition and specificities for.COM & e-Retailer.
・Build annual business plan, Product assortment, Sampling & Contents.
・Initiate the campaign strategy with global team & local participants.
Market Research & Analysis (for both.COM & e-Retailer)
・Market research. Products, Contents & Service, Platform UX trends to build a strategic planning for .COM & e-Retailer.
e-Retailer Team Management
・Manage and develop the team members for their talent development and contribution to business.
・Support on project execution and substitute when needed.
Operation
・Supervise and substitute when needed.

Required Skills
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
・Must have over 5 years’ experience in Online Business. Foreign capital company preferable.
・Over 5 years’ experience in Marketing.
・Must have professional experience & knowledge in Consumer goods. A person who has experience in & likes cosmetic industry; luxury industry is preferable.
・Must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Analytics Tool & CMS.
・Nice to have Team management experience &
・Must have project management experience.
・Basic marketing data analysis ability.
・Team worker / Entrepreneurship / high communication skill.
・Must have English in Fluent business level.
