【Job Description】
Involved in the implementation of ERP using SAP, from proposal and requirement definition to development, operation, and maintenance of core business systems based on sales and purchasing, production management, accounting, human resources, and payroll.

【業務内容】
SAPを用いたERP導入で販売・購買、生産管理、会計、人事・給与をベースとする基幹業務システムの提案・要件定義から開発、運用・保守まで手掛けていただきます。

【Responsibility】
You will be assigned a project that suits your experience, aptitude and orientation.
・Basic design to implementation and testing
・Development management
・Operation and maintenance
We will assign you to work in areas that match your experience and preferences, such as sales management, purchasing management, production management, accounting, human resources, and payroll.

【仕事内容】
ご経験、適性、志向にあったプロジェクトをご担当いただきます。
・基本設計～実装、テスト
・開発管理
・運用保守
・領域としては販売管理、購買管理、生産管理、会計・人事・給与などご自身の経験、志向に合った領域の作業をご担当いただきます。

【Essential condition】
・10+ years of SAP project experience (new implementation, maintenance, migration, development)
・Japanese N2 or above level
・English business level
・Business knowledge and development experience in one or more of the following
　・General production control
　(production planning, quality control, manufacturing control, purchasing control, cost control)
　・Sales and logistics management area
　・Human Resources, Payroll, Attendance, and Human Resource Development areas
　・Accounting Area

【必須条件】
・SAPプロジェクト経験10年以上(新規導入、保守運用、マイグレーション、開発)
・日本語レベルN2以上の方もしくはネイティブの方
・英語ビジネスレベル以上の方
・SAPの認定
・以下のうち、一つ以上の業務知識や開発経験
　・生産管理全般
（生産計画・品質管理・製造管理・購買管理・原価管理）
　・販売、物流管理領域
　・人事・給与・勤怠・人材開発領域
　・会計領域

【Education】

・University Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
・Postgraudate: Masters/ Ph.D. 
・Engineering in Electronics, such as: 
・Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
・Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
・Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE)

【学歴】

・大学卒： 学士号
・大学院卒： 修士号/博士号
・電子工学
・電気通信工学
・通信システム工学等の工学系学部卒業者
