Client Relations Manager ・ クライアントリレーション担当者

Our company is seeking a relationship manager responsible for handling of individual sales for both direct sales and wine auctions. This would include maintaining relationships with existing auction and direct sales clients (individuals) as well as building relationships with new individual clients. 

You will be provided with existing client lists, and you will be expected to increase the number of clients through direct engagement, online marketing and other methods of client engagement including creation of events, wine tastings and other events that are relevant for the company.
You will also be expected to build up a knowledge of wines quickly, and to participate in tastings and wine training and eventually to support junior staff in their enhancement of wine knowledge. 

Responsibilities:

• Understand and manage the existing individual client list
• Engaging with and understand the client requirements and communicating with them for wine sales and events.
• Engaging with auction consignors to attract new consignments.
• Managing the relationships around auction time with consignors and buyers
• Targeting the total sales for individual client sales to reach JPY10,000,000 per month within 12 months.
• Develop events, collaborations with suitable partners – in line with the promotion of wines and to attract new clients for individual sales as well as for auctions
  o    Sourcing for other events that KFW may hold from time to time
  o    Managing event organization process including sourcing, planning, structuring and management of the events.
  o    Targeting at least one partnership per month – to include marketing work for such events
