Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to various departments in the global service company
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for executives and other staff members
  • Assist with travel arrangements and visa applications for employees travelling internationally
  • Maintain records, including personnel files, legal documents, and financial records
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering supplies and coordinating repairs
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence as needed
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings
  • Provide support for special projects and other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support or related roles, preferably in a global service company or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Experience with record-keeping and data management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
