グローバルリテール金融ビジネスの企画・推進

●主にASEAN等アジアを対象にDigitalを軸とした、海外におけるリテール金融ビジネス戦略の企画・立案、及び推進。
●チーム業務は大きく分けて以下の２つになり、過去の経験や知識・特性に応じて相互理解の上、具体のミッションを検討します。
①未進出国への参入を含む、新規出資や買収・提携戦略の企画、案件発掘及び実行
②既出資分の投資価値拡大に向けた出資先企業との連携推進及び出資先経営管理

● Planning, proposing, and promoting overseas retail financial business strategies centered on digital, mainly targeting ASEAN and other Asian countries.
●Team work can be broadly divided into the following two types, and specific missions will be considered based on mutual understanding based on past experience, knowledge, and characteristics.
(1) Planning, project discovery and execution of new investment and acquisition/partnership strategies, including entry into untapped countries
(2) Promotion of cooperation with investee companies and management of investee companies to increase investment value of existing investments

【必要要件】
●ビジネス英語力
●リテール金融、スタートアップ／VC関連、子会社等経営管理のいずれかの業務経験
●新しい取り組みに必要な、主体性と挑戦意欲、柔軟性、及び、
複雑な事象・状況の本質を見極めて戦略や施策を導き出す企画力・思考力

【希望要件】
●Fintech、デジタル金融などの先端金融技術・商品・サービスに対する知識
●本部での企画経験、海外勤務／留学経験があれば尚可
●ベトナム語、タガログ語、インドネシア語能力があれば尚可

●Business English ability
Business experience in any of retail finance, startup/VC related, subsidiary business management
●Independence, willingness to take on new challenges, flexibility, and
Planning ability and thinking ability to determine the essence of complex events and situations and derive strategies and measures

[Requirements]
●Knowledge of advanced financial technologies, products, and services such as Fintech and digital finance
●Experience in planning at the head office, overseas work/study abroad experience is a plus
● Ability to speak Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Indonesian is a plus
