- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, have sufficient understanding of the overall advertising operations and strong understanding of the Japan market
- Understanding of the local media ecosystem with strong network within the advertising industry
- Comfortable with revenue targets, and experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong sales acumen and ability to develop and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Independent-thinker and enjoys a fast-moving environment with interest and willingness to learn proactively within the game industry
- Experience working with colleagues across multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in Japanese
