☆Ernst & Young (EY), one of the Big 4 accounting firms, is searching candidates with experience in transfer pricing advisory services. Potential hiring locations include New York, Dallas, and other major US cities.  ☆

▼Summary
US transfer pricing advisory services. 

▼Job Description
・Preparation and review of US contemporaneous documentation studies. 
・Transfer pricing planning advice.
・Assistance in tax examinations.
・Negotiation with competent authorities in the Mutual Agreement and Advance Pricing Agreement procedures. 

▼Carrer Path
US tax is complex and requires a long-term career commitment. We are seeking candidates who are willing to take on this challenging career and aim to become a US tax partner / managing director at a Big 4 firm. 

While staff and seniors will spend most of their time on preparation of transfer pricing documentation, managers and above will spend more time on advisory projects, eventually becoming a trusted US tax advisor for the Japanese inbound clients.  

【Requierements】
　・At least 1 year of experience in transfer pricing advisory services in the U.S. or in Japan.
　・US CPA, US attorneys, Ph.D Economists, preferred but not required.

必要職務経験：米国もしくは日本で移転価格アドバイザリー業務経験1年以上。英語ビジネスレベル。
・USCPA、米国弁護士、経済学博士等は特に優遇しますが必須ではありません。
