Job Description

DUTIES:

  1. Responsible for TP-Link B2B sales development, sell and expand sales of TP-Link SMB products (Especially Security Camera-防犯監視カメラ)
  2. Develop TP-Link B2B channel, develop new B2B distributors and IT Integrators (Especially for Security Camera-防犯監視カメラ Channel and SI clients)
  3. Establish the Business & Marketing & Product strategies, promote to enhance TP-Link SMB products sales (Special VIGI Security Camera)
  4. Any other things related to the SMB business but no mentioned above

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 6 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Daily Conversation
Minimum Japanese Level Native
Other Language Chinese (Mandarin) - Business Level
English OR Mandarin as second language is welcomed
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree or above
  2. Native Japanese, good at English speaking and writing fluently
  3. 5 years or above experience in the IT B2B/SMB business(法人販売/营业), has Sales experience in Networking brands or Security Camera Industrial-防犯・監視カメラ
  4. Has Sales experience in Security Camera Industrial-防犯・監視カメラ(AXIS, SECOM, Panasonic, Canon, HIKVISION, Dahua, …) and customers resource will be preferred
  5. Highly organized, efficiency, aggressive, able to multi-task
