We are looking for someone who can work for our Japanese online gaming website. You will be a member of our Product team who operate our hero site specializing in online gaming.

SCOPE OF THE JOB:

• Your main responsibilities will be to improve the quality of our website by providing good customer service, and content creation and management. You can utilize your own experiences and skills in the work environment with high description. This role is critical in delivering information to players “precisely”, “easily”, and “interestingly'' to ramp up credibility for our website and attract more customers to the online games.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Improving the quality of our media by content edition/creation
• Analyzing the competitors together with BO and SEO team
• Proposing plans and sharing your ideas to make better media
• Writing, researching and publishing a variety of engaging Japanese casino-related content for our main site
• Assisting events such as participants management, arranging prizes for winners, etc.
• Responding to customers inquiries through comments or messages on forum and emails
• Managing outsourced writers and freelancers to make sure work is delivered on time
• Working together, and regularly communicating with all stakeholders to achieve common goals
• Data management such as issuing links precisely and updating the management sheet

TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

• More than two years hands-on experience in online media edition or operation, such as blog, and social media following PDCA
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment to aim for the common goals
• Respect others and be diligent to work ( humanity over high skills)
• Ability to work in an efficient, well-organized and professional way
• Highly motivated and willing to help users
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Great skills of time management - always be punctual and able to prioritize tasks
• Strong creativity and ability to take actions to brainstorm and create fascinating new ideas to attract users and improve existing contents
• Strong curiosity and willing to learn new things
• Solid proposal skills and ability to make decisions based on with reasoning
• Always reporting, communicating and discussing with the team
• More than two years SEO writing
• Familiar with Wordpress, Google SpreadSheet, slack and Skype
• Outsourcing management such as freelancers (preferred)
• Experience in loyalty points system operation(preferred)
• Business English (preferred)
