【必須条件】
- パワートレイン試験ダイナモを用いた実験経験3年以上ある方
- ダイナモへの実験機の設置、各種センサーの設置及び適正な試験が行える方
- パワートレイン試験に関する安全作業標準を理解している方
- 高電圧の取り扱い及び作業安全に関して理解している方
- 実験データを目的に応じて整理出来る方
- 一般事務ソフトウェア（Excel, Word, Power Point）でのドキュメント作成ができる方
【歓迎条件】
- OEMまたはSupplierにおいて電動パワートレインの開発経験をお持ちの方
- 電動パワートレイン内のモーター機能と構造を理解している方
- 電動パワートレイン内の冷却潤滑、熱流体に関する知識をお持ちの方
- 電動パワートレインのNVHに関する知識をお持ちの方
【語学】
- 日本語、中国語、英語のいずれか2か国語が堪能な方
