仕事内容
●ゲーム内のカットシーン制作を担当する。鑑賞性があり、ゲームの品質や世界観の完全度を向上させるカットシーンを目指す。
●リクエストに基づいてVコンテを作成し、カットシーンエディタでアニメーションの撮影を完成する。
●制作上の問題を事前に判断し、適時にフィードバックする。
●映像の編集及びポスプロ制作を担当し、担当するプロジェクトにおける全てのキャラクターやオブジェクトのモーションリソースを把握し、必要なリソースを迅速に見つけ出す。既存のリソースを利用し、必要に応じ修正を行い、モーションリソースを作成する。

●ゲームへの情熱をお持ちの方。ゲーム環境におけるリアルタイムのカットシーンのデザインや開発に興味を持ち、一定のゲーム経験のある方が望ましい。
●モーションデザイン、展示的なカットデザインの能力や、一定のストーリーテリングとコンテ作成の能力を備える。キーフレームアニメーションの経験のある方が望ましい。
●ゲーム制作の流れを理解し、編集ソフトやポスプロ制作のソフトを使いこなす。
●強い自主的な学習能力や、高いストレス耐性をお持ちの方。
●チームワーク精神や、コミュニケーション能力と協調能力を持っている方。
●アニメ業界でのアニメーター/コンテデザイナー経験のある方が望ましい。完全なアニメーションのプロジェクトに参加した経験のある方が望ましい。
