コーポレートファイナンス マネジャー業務

【具体的な業務】
流動資金貸付、プロジェクト貸付をお願いします。
・参加または組成した案件に対する事後管理全般。
・案件発掘、リサーチ、財務定量分析、ストラクチャー提案、条件交渉、契約書作成、社内審査セクションや法務セクションとの協議、モニタリングなど、案件のスタートから終了まで全般を担っていただきます。
 

Corporate Finance Manager

[Specific duties]
I would like to request liquidity loans and project loans.
・Overall follow-up management for projects participated in or organized.
・You will be responsible for the entire project from start to finish, including project discovery, research, financial quantitative analysis, structure proposals, condition negotiations, contract writing, discussions with the internal review section and legal section, and monitoring.
* Possibility of business trips to the main office in China (no transfer at all due to employment at the Tokyo branch)

【応募要件】
・中国語、英語、日本語のうち2カ国語以上においてビジネスレベルであること
・日本での銀行経験3年以上
・銀行、証券会社、ファンド等での融資・ファイナンスアレンジ経験3年以上
・社外に提出できるレベルの文書をエクセル、ワード、パワーポイントで作成できること
・数多くの金融機関、ファンド等との協業経験
・証券化および不動産に関する知見（証券アナリスト資格、宅建、鑑定士等）
・管理職経験

【対象者】
全日制大卒以上

[Application requirements]
・Business level in at least 2 languages out of Chinese, English and Japanese
・More than 3 years of banking experience in Japan
・Over 3 years of experience in financing and arranging finance at banks, securities companies, funds, etc.
・Be able to create documents that can be submitted outside the company using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
・Collaboration experience with numerous financial institutions, funds, etc.
・Knowledge of securitization and real estate (securities analyst qualification, real estate, appraiser, etc.)
・Management experience
