About the Role
This position will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services in the Facility & Workplace Services with a focus on customer centricity, continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance.
The responsibilities will include operations, maintenance, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, pantry management, and helpdesk etc.
Handover is done from client and existing outsourcing company to JLL because the service contract will start from Jun.
The Lead Facility Manager will be responsible to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility and be the on-site key point of contact for client, stakeholders, and vendors.
Team Structure: JLL x 2 and 1 partner vendor(pantry, cleaning service)
Client office location: Hanzomon, Tokyo (directly connected to the station.)
Service hour:9:00-18:00
Contract model: Local contract, Principal Model
