Duties & Responsibilities

< Office equipment management >

  • Managing office equipment including furniture, fixture, signage, projector…etc  
  • Coordinate the repair activity for interior finish including painting, wallpaper, floor tile, door with keys & locks if some issue founded
  • Managing the related vendors and suppliers
  • Communicate with LL and BM company

< Budget monitoring >

  • Providing the quotation and monitoring the budget in these scope
  • Get the invoice for these activities

< Site inspection >

  • Daily office inspection to ensure no operational issues
  • Weekly site inspection (WeWork office)

< Others >

  • Supporting Lead Faculties Manager for budget monitoring and operational reporting
  • Establish the strong relationship with client and users
