You will have
- Close regional connection and responsibility coverage for APAC regions
- English usage on a daily basis
Daily work:
Leading the best people practice by working with business/functional unit leaders and their teams through the setting of HR strategies.
Collaborating with the HR CEO team to drive employee engagement and ensure the best employee experience.
Facilitating in launching global HR projects in Japan and designing improvement plans based on Japan's local needs.
Providing insights for internal customers (stakeholders, people managers) on talent strategy, retention, payroll, employee relations, compensation, and benefits to ensure competitive advantages in the talent market.
Identifying potential issues and training needs, to ensure healthy organizational growth and transformation.
Be a bridge between Japan and global offices such as Emear, APAC region for up-to-date HR news.
Other ad-hoc HR projects or tasks.

Solid experience as HRBP or HR shared service.
Knowledge of HR disciplines and Japanese labor law.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese

Ability to analyze a situation, be proactive, and love challenges.
