Job Description

What you will do 

■   You will provide services that satisfy employees and continuously improve the HR operational quality, especially focusing on payroll administration.

■ You will manage salary, bonuses, retirement benefits, statutory benefits, retirement allowance, ...

■   You will plan the operational quality improvement.

■   You will rule/process changes due to legal revisions

■   You will process improvement through monthly meetings with the vendors

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Basic
Minimum Japanese Level Native
Minimum Education Level Associate Degree/Diploma
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

What you have

■   Experience in payroll administration

■   Knowledge of HR laws or regulations and experience in labor relations is a plus

■   You are able to act autonomously and to analyze issues, get a complete overview, and take necessary actions

■   You want to grow as a HR professional and build a valuable career
