仕事概要

ヒラフエリアにおける高級宿泊施設のリーディングプロパティマネージャーとして、当社のアセットマネジメント部門は、細心の注意とケアが必要な物件を幅広く保有しています。応募者は、頻繁に物件を点検し、必要に応じて物件のメンテナンスを行う責任を負います。設備担当者は、物件の価値と賃貸可能性を維持するために、冬と夏を通して物件を良好な状態に保つことを任務としています。

主な仕事内容

  • 管理物件の定期的な点検を行い、最高レベルのプロフェッショナルなプロパティマネジメントを実現
  • 基本的なメイテナンスと修理業務。(電球の交換、ボイラーの設定確認など)
  • より技術的な修理のため、業者を手配

The Role

As the leading property manager of luxury accommodation in the Hirafu area, our Asset Management division has an extensive list of properties that require meticulous attention and care. Applicants will be responsible for frequent property inspections and organizing maintenance on properties when required. Facilities staff are tasked with ensuring properties are kept in good condition throughout winter and summer to retain property value and rentability.

Key responsibilities

  • Regular inspections of properties under H2 Group management to ensure the highest levels of professional property management.
  • Performing basic maintenance and repair activities where required (changing light bulbs, checking boiler settings, etc).
  • Organizing 3rd-party suppliers to complete other, more technical, repairs.

  • メンテナンスやハンディマンの経験がある方が望ましいですが必須ではありません。
  • タブレット端末やスマートフォンを使用できる方。

  • 普通自動車運転免許もしくは国際免許保持者

  • 給与は経験により300,000円~450,000円(月給)

Skills we are looking for

  • Someone with an eye for quality and doing things right. We manage a number of high value properties for discerning owners and so our workmanship must exceed expectations.
  • Someone with an attention to detail. Being able to fill in maintenance reports and inspection reports clearly and accurately is an important part of this role. Someone who can notice small issues before they become more serious.
  • This role will spend time outdoors, so we require someone who enjoys moving a lot during the day and working with their hands. Someone who is happy to work outside.
  • Maintenance and handyman skills are preferred, but are not required.
  • Ability to use tablets and smartphones.

Qualifications

Japanese Driving License or International Driving License required.

  • Salary is between ¥300,000 – ¥450,000 monthly depending on experience.
