役割:
弊社は米格付機関ムーディーズのグループ会社として、さまざまなビジネスリスクデータを用いたソリューションの提供やソフトウェアの開発・販売を主とする非格付分野での事業を行っております。
この募集に関するポジションは大手事業会社担当のリレーションシップマーネージャーとしての役割となります。大手企業向けの法人営業経験を持った、結果志向のハンター型の営業を求めています。
新規のセールス機会の特定や、開拓を含む案件獲得・管理、クライアントへのソリューション営業を行います。
責任:
- クライアントの課題を把握し、セールス機会におけるニーズを判断する
- 社内の専門家やプロダクトのスペシャリスト等と協力し、成約に導く
- デスクトップ調査や社内の情報、そして入念な質問をすることでクライアントの状況・理解度を正確に確認・把握し、弊社の製品・サービスがどのようにクライアントのニーズに対応しているかを提案する
- クライアントの状況・弊社の製品やサービスの価値をわかりやすくビジュアル化した資料や提案書の作成およびプレゼン
- 来の製品・サービス拡張、エンハンスメント、およびマーケティング戦略の開発において、重要なリーダーとしての役割を果たす。

要件:
- 8年以上のB2Bの営業経験。
- 大手企業の営業担当経験。
- チームワークを重視し、社内の様々な製品・ソリューションの専門家やマネージャー・同僚とリスペクトを持ったコミュニケーションをとることができる方。
- 企業情報およびデータのSaaSソリューション分野における経験、およびこれらのソリューションの組織全体におけるさまざまな用途に対する深い理解がある方。
- 顧客とのミーティングに自ら貢献し、自発的に顧客に電話・メール等のコミュニケーションを取り、効果的にバリュー・プロポジションを伝えることができる方。担当する製品やサービスの概略を伝え、詳細なデモを行うことができる方。
- 契約成立はムーディーズ・アナリティックスのソリューションがいかに顧客ニーズを満たすことができるかにかかっているため、口頭と文章での優れたコミュニケーション力とプレゼンテーション・スキルを備えていることが必須。
- 優れた英語力があるとプラスだが、必須ではない。
- 知識、マーケット・インテリジェンス、社内スキルを活用し、新規営業の調査やセールスサイクルの完了を支援する強いチームプレイヤーである方（必須）。
- 優れたタイムマネジメント力と統率力のある方。ペースの速い、プレッシャーのある、多様な環境で働く能力がある方。
- 自発的で、忍耐強く、説得力がある方。
- クリエイティブな問題解決力と問題を診断し、ソリューションを開発する能力のある方。
