仕事内容及び責任：
弊社主力商品（海外半導体製品）を中心に周辺デバイス（電源、高速I/F、メモリ等）や各種ソリューションを展開する事業部にて、戦略策定・実施、部門予算遂行を担っていただく営業部門責任者を募集します。
募集背景・組織構成：
半導体市場は現在も拡大しており、当社としては産業・通信・車載・医療分野にて注力しており、仕入先との連携を行いながらマーケットのさらなる拡大を実現するための増員となります。
・FPGA 事業部門
営業：１０名
営業アシスタント：７名 ※平均年齢：42.8 歳
年収レベル：910 万円～1,100 万円
【年収910 万の例：基本給380,000 円/月、役職手当：146,000 円/月、住宅手当（非世帯主）30,000 円/月→月額556,000 円/月。賞与2,492,100 円（夏冬合計）】
基本的処遇について：
・残業代の支給について：月額固定でお支払いする残業調整手当（20 時間分の残業代）について、それを超過する残業代が発生した場合は追加でお支払いします。（管理職は対象外）
・本求人に記載された賞与額について：あくまでも昨年実績に基づく「参考値」になります。
・試用期間が3 ヶ月（月額報酬は変わらず）ありますが、当該職種における経験が十分と判断される場合は免除させていただくことがあります。試用期間は賞与考課の対象外となります。
・昇給年1 回（1 月） 賞与年2 回（７・１２月）
